Our products have been tested and quality controlled by us and also leading suppliers and manufacturers. In the unlikely event you product is faulty or defected, please read on to find out how to claim your warranty.
We offer a full 10 years warranty for any defects or manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. You are required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty services. For any manufacturing faults, we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly as they will be able to assist and replace or repair your products if you have a proof of purchase.
BFP Kitchens is not responsible for any products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. Our warranty does not apply if products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated). The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
